Rebecca's Body Wisdom classes weave in her lifetime of movement experience with 5Rhythms, Sylvie Minot’s Medicine Circle, Body Mind Centering, Authentic Movement and Open Floor. Her outreach classes to recovering addicts, veterans and incarcerated women have a strong influence on her work as does her exploration of many yoga, movement, breath and ecosomatic practices.
“The mind is like the wind and the body is like the sand; if you want to know how the wind is blowing, you can look at the sand.”
